Although i will take every step to ensure that your handling file is as accurate and as tailored to you as you would like it, there may be differences in performance dependent on the server!
Once you have completed your purchase and have gone through the ticket system in discord, work on your vehicle will be placed in a queue. This queue has no priority (unless you purchase priority), it is first come first serve basis so times may very, but i will do my best to provide ETA's on all projects.
WE DO NOT REFUND COMPLETED WORK
Completed work WILL NOT be refunded. Although we do not refund, there is a 72 hour window after completion where your ticket will be left open for you to report any changes you may need or want to your vehicle handling - this is done free of charge within this 72 hour window (unless it is the vanilla master list). Any changes wanted after the 72 hours will require separate payment.
Priority payments WILL NOT be refunded. We will not offer refunds on priority payments!
